- Fax us (toll free) your signed weekly, bi-weekly or monthly attendance forms, your assessment pre- or post test scores, and your monthly goal-specific progress reports (optional).
- We will populate the SES Student Tracking System with your attendance and activity records.
- We will generate a draft of the invoice to be submitted to the District, then send the draft to you for review and approval prior to our submitting it to the District.
- We will submit one (1) invoice per School District per month electronically, or in paper form if required. Additional monthly invoices may be submitted to the District(s) for nominal fee.
- At the end of each month, we will bill your credit card on file for the administrative services we have provided.
