- Fax, email or mail us your signed weekly, bi-weekly or monthly attendance forms
- We scan each document to Adobe PDF format and save to secure online storage archive
- We populate the Cayen System with attendance, Pre- & Post- Assessment (optional), Progress Reports (optional) and Student Learning Plans (optional)
- We submit one (1) invoice per School District per month and submit your invoices electronically through the Cayen System. Additional monthly invoices may be submitted to same District(s) for nominal fee.
- You will be sent a secure link to your scanned archive data or a copy of the back up on CD upon request.
- At the end of each month we will bill your credit card on file for the attendance taken (bill based upon attendance records and other optional data entered each month).
