Tutor Management System for Providers (TMSProTM).
TMSPro Tutor Management System for Providers combines the features
of a fully functional Human Resources Management application with
the convenience of an Intranet to allow Tutoring Organizations to
manage their Tutoring activity. The application features a powerful
yet easy to use interface with detailed reports of revenue generation
by District, School, Location and individual Tutor.

- Management Dashboard: Get a quick overview

Tutor Details:Management can quickly see listings
of all Tutors assigned to them. TMSPro allows drill down from
Tutor Lists to details of each tutor. Information such as Hire
Date, Background Check Completed/Expired, Salary/Hourly wages,
contact information, emergency contacts, etc. can be accessed
efficiently. Reports of past invoice from Tutors are listed as
well.
- Background Check Management: When a Tutor undergoes
a Background check the information may be loaded up to the TMSPro
system. Each year the system alerts the appropriate Manager when
a Tutor's Background check is scheduled to expire. Notifications
are sent out 90, 60 then 30 days before the scheduled expiration
date if no action is taken to renew the Background Check certification.
Tutor Payment Details: Management may review
Payment Details for all Tutors assigned to them. This report allows
a historical view of what has been paid to each Tutor and date/time
associated with the disbursement. The Manager may drill down within
each line item for more specific information on the payment activity.
Additional through the Payment Structure Details the Manager may
see a listing of all pay rates or salaries for assigned personnel.
Rates of pay may be modified in the individual Tutor Profile by
authorized personnel. Exporting information to payroll systems
is optionally available.
- Tutor Time Sheets: Once logged into the company
Intranet the Tutor may elect to update their profile or Time Sheet
information. Time Sheets allow Tutors to specify activities, time
in/out, # of students serviced, etc. that will become the invoice
generated. The TMSPro prompts Tutors to submit Time Sheets by
deadlines (as setup through the Management interface). The Tutor
may see status of submitted invoices (e.g. Approved, Pending,
Rejected) and may be allowed to adjust Time Sheet entries for
contingencies assigned by Management.
- Reports: Tutors may use the TMSPro to track
all of their activity. This may include attending Provider Fairs,
getting Student Learning Plans signed, after hours or weekend
Tutoring and other related activities. Once an activity is completed
the system can report on what was done and when the activity was
closed. The Tutor may also enter follow up activities as required.
- TMSPro Compatibility: TMSPro has been developed
with direct input from Cayen Systems. Planned features will include
the ability to share certain information with the Cayen Systems'
SST™ or SSTPro™ to allow more detailed reporting from those powerful
Student Tracking and District Invoicing applications. The result
is a complete business solution for mid- to large size Tutoring
Organization looking to keep track of every aspect of their business
operation.
